Thanks to the perfectly prepared Bukoba, which as a natural has a nice sweetness, the Short Break gains depth and body, which is particularly useful as an espresso (portafilter), in a fully automatic machine and in the Bialetti. The Short Break develops balanced aromas of chocolate and almond with a slight note of melon, which gives it a nice lightness despite its overall spicy character.
